1. Add one cup of Beetroot Dosa Mix to a bowl
2. Pour water to form dosa batter consistency add extra salt if required and mix well without lumps.
3. Rest the batter for overnight.
4. Want to pour dosa instantly then add 1 tsbp curd to 1 cup dosa batter and mix well , rest for 15-20 min and pour hot dosa.
5. Enjoy delicious colourful Beetroot Dosa.
