Made from 100% natural foxtail millet, this vermicelli is a healthy alternative to regular refined options.

For Savory Vermicelli(Semya) Upma:

1) Boil 1 cup of Foxtail Millet Vermicelli in 3 cups of water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2) Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chilies. 3) Sauté until golden.
4) Add vegetables of your choice (carrots, peas, beans) and cook until tender.
5) Mix the cooked vermicelli into the vegetables, season with salt, and stir well.
6) Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

For Sweet Vermicelli Payasam:

1) Roast 1 cup of Foxtail Millet Vermicelli in ghee until golden brown.
2) Boil 2 cups of milk, add the roasted vermicelli, and cook until soft.
3) Add ½ cup of sugar, a pinch of cardamom powder, and mix well.
4) Garnish with fried cashews, raisins, and serve warm.
